Seem to be in the low 180's now. Running faster- did my first longish run under 8minute pace recently. Looking forward to making goal of 175 or close by year's end
182.0 lb Lost so far: 39.0 lb.    Still to go: 17.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
