This past week has been especially tough for me... with health concerns of my own, ex-husband issues... children illnesses...etc all raining down at one time, I needed to step away from the computer for a little while... and just when it can't get any worse, Aunt Flo arrives - like she can help??? LOL! Turns out my vitamin B12 levels are too low, I need more zinc... why are you not taking calcium & Vitamin D? Goodness? $100 in vitamin purchases and I'm gonna feel better! OK, so thats the hope...waiting for the call to schedule the MRI... but at least the kidneys & liver are ok! I do have to tell you... if you are looking for a 'boost'... get yourself some Vitamin B12! Holy Cow! Talk about an energy booster! The ex-husband... well he's still a numb nut - there's some really good reasons he's an ex... the kids are on the mend...court stuff with ex - put on the plate for next week... and me, I'm gonna try to get back in the groove of things! Easy Peasy! LOL! Now I'm wondering - How many calories are in all of these new pills??????? I hope you all are having a better week!
207.0 lb Lost so far: 5.4 lb.    Still to go: 77.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

Can you send some of that b-12 through the computer; sounds just what I need.Trying to use my new found machines but can only spent about 5 minutes on each. Hope next week finds all your problems gone or you might need a wine tasting party too. Come on down to San Diego and we'll tip a glass together.

It hasn't been the greatest week for me either. I'm going to keep my eyes on my goal. Heard from a friend last week - If you change the way you think about food, you change the food you think about. I'm working on it.... and measuring.... and drinking water.... and moving! It's a journey with a positive ending! Yea
