thanksgiving and the weekend being away from home and no access to the computer and no journaling made a big difference.only up 1.2# which is still up but not horrible. i did better on sweets and snacking but did indulge some but not feeling overall crazy about going off.
166.2 lb Lost so far: 5.3 lb.    Still to go: 16.2 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
