I started this weight loss/exercise adventure to manage stress and health.

I really do feel more relaxed and at ease. My first benchmark was traffic. In the last couple of years, I have become so edgy in traffic and angry at drivers, especially those texting while driving behind me. I feel calmer in traffic. I am doing Body for Life type exercise with meditation and low carb dieting and I can feel the difference in my nerves. Trying to slow down. Enjoy.

224.8 lb Lost so far: 31.2 lb.    Still to go: 25.8 lb.    Diet followed 100%.
