Weigh in for week 4 of this 9 week program. I have lost 6.8 pounds since the beginning of this program. It's taking lots of work. But I know the only way to get to where I want is with a lot of work. Thank you everyone for the words of wisdom and encouragement. You are all the best. I want to be under 260 by Thanksgiving. The way it's going, it could be by Halloween. Let's see what happens.
264.2 lb Lost so far: 75.8 lb.    Still to go: 14.2 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
