I worked out everyday except one and I have been eating stuff that I didn't want to eat but it's so worth it in the end! I have another week or so on induction. My workout partner and I decided to stay on until the end of this month and then try adding the carb candy and the wraps back into the diet then. This time I am going to eat for me and not try to hang with him as far as the food intake goes. I wish I knew what I could do today to get down to the 180s', I mean 189 would make me so much more happier, but I am not going to be greedy, I can live with this until the end of this week. Good Luck people! Oh! I didn't go out lastnigt. I had some mad girlfriends, but they had a great time without me. I probably would be in the 180s' had I gone dancing! I'm glad I didn't go though, Now I am very rested for work on tomorrow.
