Ground zero....well, just a few pounds before ground zero. How is it that once you're doing great, all it takes is one teeny tiny thing and everything goes down the drain???

242.2 lb Lost so far: 7.8 lb.    Still to go: 18.6 lb.    Diet followed poorly.

Don't worry about it, the past is done and over, hopefully whatever the teeny thing was you can or have let it go. Today's a new day, fresh start, just resolve to make it a good one. Do a repeat of that tomorrow....we get there one day at a time and you've been on your "good" path before so you know what to do. :)
