I am probably a little closer to 162.5 this morning. The analogue scale is at 162. The digital at 167.5. Honestly, even though I much prefer the weight on the analogue, the digital seems less reliable with more fluctuations. In an case, the weight is still comining off.

Last night I did not stick to the diet. In fact, the whole day was kind of a bust. I got a chicken fiesta bowl from Taco Bell thinking it was just a chicken salad. I found that it had rice in it. Now normally I would have just left the rice, but yesterday I was just unusually hungry. The my daughter made popcorn balls and I had one of those.

Back on the wagon today. I have been on this for three weeks and lost more weight than I ever had before. If I can just keep plugging away. It would still be really nice to see those 150's real soon. Actually, I would just love to see 155. I remember that is what I weighed right after my daughter was born in 1995. I thought that was huge then and my best friend commented on how heavy I was compared to before the kids. Anyway, i have some pictures from around then, and compared to now, I looked a whole lot better.
162.0 lb Lost so far: 9.0 lb.    Still to go: 27.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
steady weight
