Going for 153.8 by October 10th. With Marg. Started on 28 October (we made arrangement on 27th at 11::30 p.m., so that means we technically started on 28th. I was at 163.8 at that time. As of today, that only 3 pounds in 6 days. To loose another 10 in 13 days, I had to lose .769 pounds/day. It's now been 6 days and I've only lost .5 / day. But started exercising yesterday as well, so that should help. Stay on diet too!!
160.8 lb Lost so far: 13.2 lb.    Still to go: 25.8 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
