Okay, so something has my weight moving back up the scale. Weighed 147 fully clothed at the docs today. Perhaps too much wine, too much alcohol... Just got back from a Health and Fitness retreat so starting to pay attention to what I am consuming now. 135 is still my goal.
144.0 lb Lost so far: 23.0 lb.    Still to go: 9.0 lb.    Diet followed poorly.
