I am killing myself in the gym. I have been down there nearly everyday this week. I ache and see the muscles under the fat from time to time. When I begin to lose my spare tire that usually goes all the way around my middle, it begins to have flatter spots on the side. I see that now. I just wish I lost some weight. I know muscle weighs more than fat and I keep telling myself that. I am walking better and straighter with less pain. I am seeing my chest sag less. I hate man-boobs especially saggy man-boobs. A man's chest is supposed to be hard and no sag. My beautiful wife tells me mine do not sag but I have trouble believing her. Now I see my boobs standing up better. I see other things too. Thighs a more bit more apart instead of that constant grinding together. And (whispering) I see a little more of my penis! Yeah!!!!!! Every 20 lbs of gross overweight lost gives one more inch back to me to share with my lovely! I haven't lost any pounds but... Yeah!!!!
