3 surgeries in 8 months. Next year has got to be better. Can't jog due to cervical fusion, can't lift weights due to 2 wrist surgeries. Walking just doesn't cut it for me. I am trying to be patient but I gained all my weight back that I lost last year. I really have to workout hard in order to lose - too many years of starvation so my body knows the minute I restrict calories it holds onto fat with a death grip! Looking at 2 programs that I may be able to do.
161.0 lb Lost so far: 0 lb.    Still to go: 31.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
