After this week I get to try and lose weight again. I went to two buffets, a restaurant that served huge portions and a new thai place. I also didn't get to do a walk once this week.
Today's walk;
.59 with a friend and 4.04 miles on my own with weights for a total of 4.63 miles.
I had to cut my walk short today as I had an interview. At lease I am starting to do the weights thing.
