I have done 1 protein day, and 1 mostly protein day.

Back down to 278, but my color is not there on the ketostick. No exercise yesterday probably hurt. Need to swim today and get that color back.
278.0 lb Lost so far: 10.0 lb.    Still to go: 63.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

if it makes you feel any better, I almost never have the color. I think it's because I drink so much water and it dilutes it so much. I think read that somewhere, too. so don't worry about it too much.
