I'm losing weight a little too fast for it to be permanent. :/
248.2 lb Lost so far: 21.8 lb.    Still to go: 8.2 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

1259 kcal Fat: 42.56g | Prot: 57.51g | Carb: 182.47g.   Breakfast: peanut butter, raisins, sweet potato. Lunch: apple cider, banana peppers, beets, olives, Romaine Lettuce Hearts. Dinner: peanut butter, Cubed Super Firm Tofu. Snacks/Other: squash, corn kernels, Chick Peas (Garbanzos), Spinach, onion, garlic, lemon juice, olive oil, fennel seeds. more...
