Last night Sleep jounal;
9/19/15, 8:06PM 102g Rotisserie chicken; 9pm, 11g turmeric, 20g ginger juice; 10g lemon juice, black pepper, 4g magnesium citrate; forehead resting as usual; Caldera Releaf CERVICAL COLLAR; 2 Valerian tincture & LIGHTS OUT AT: 9:57p; amazing! I hardly woke, good dreams, No pain, & 8 hours good sleep, woke at 6:02am fully rested.
147.5 lb Lost so far: 7.2 lb.    Still to go: 0 lb.    Diet followed 100%.
