No exercise, no housework, just work, work, work. Sitting down all day and full of stress. Was thinking of resigning for health reasons cos i can't take it anymore.I must start going back to gym or at least go for a 30 min walk, morning and evening. I'm waking up at 3:00 am and going back to sleep at 5:00 am meaning I then don't get out of bed before 7:30 am. Had a good trip to Istanbul and ate healthy fresh food and walked but this week back to work is a total effort and eating crap... hubby bought some veggies today so got carrots, red peppers, cucumber tomatoes and frozen peas. Will have to stick with those throughout the day.Tonight Masquerade presentation and my thighs feel all wobbly and i feel bloated and loose... Where did my tight body go? why did i get sidetracked. I know i should exercise, i always did... i must fit in something today and stop procrastinating. will start logging in my food intake until i lose i get to target again.
128.1 lb Lost so far: 8.2 lb.    Still to go: 2.4 lb.    Diet followed poorly.
