I took a gram of Niu Xi (Pronouned 'New She')concentrate powder last night, for kidney stones.
But I believe it is diuretic, so lost lots of water from it.
So this loss isn't accurate.
I was diagnosed as having 10 kidney stones, most in the kidneys, in 2010, since then I've passed Three kidney stones. The last one over 3 years ago.

but, I knew very well since then what the first subtle kidney stone pains feel like, and take the Niu Xi for it. It dilates the ureter, the tubes from the kidneys to the bladder. This may or may not move the stone, but it releases the pressure on it. :)
