well I guess I lost...didn't gain...just got the 6 min meals book and the eat right every time guide yesterday...I needed more meal suggestions so I hope this will help.
134.2 lb Lost so far: 0.8 lb.    Still to go: 14.2 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
losing 0.2 lb a week
