So all of yesterday I only ate twice but there was no movement in the scale. I am not in a maintain mode dang it. I know why they say weigh in once a week now.

Today's walk;

.98 with a friend, .87 with a friend and 4.20 by myself for a total of 6.05 miles for the day.


The dancing thing doesn't seem to be working out so I need to add something to my morning workout that will burn more calories. I am gonna try two 2 lb weights and swing my arms. This other guy that works out says they raise his heart rate more so that's what I am gonna try. I already look ridiculous with a head band on when I walk so swinging my arms shouldn't be too bad. I think I'll dance now. Anything to lose weight or at least a few grams.

322.0 lb Lost so far: 13.0 lb.    Still to go: 53.0 lb.    Diet followed 100%.

there are days when I'm very good with eating and exercising and I didn't lose anything and there are days when I totally pig out and I lost a significant amount. Depends on how long you have been on your diet ( longer than a month)... you might want to give your body and ur self a break ( just for one day :) ). You should eat your recommended calories intake eating less only slow down you body will not result in weight loss. Good luck :)

You aren't eating enough... you should be eating at least 3 times a day if not more. You also are not tracking food so I cannot really help there but my guess is you are not eating enough food period.
