Up and down, up and down...

I think my increased weight is from drinking copious amounts of water yesterday, all day (was home sick... blah...).

Either way, meh, I am looking good, and I know if I stick with it I'll get to where I want to be.

Going to get some soft tissue work on my shoulder after work today as well as a much needed adjustment (back, hips, shoulders, elbows, neck... etc).

It's nice having a friend who's a chiropractor. :)
175.0 lb Lost so far: 22.0 lb.    Still to go: 5.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
