ugh. I went up two pounds. Here is the weird thing - last night i weighed myself and I was at 165. I thought for certain I would be 164 today. Instead, and overnight, I added two pounds.
I did eat a bit more chef salad yesterday, but still stayed on. Then at 5 I broke down and ate a cookie that someone had put on my desk. Later I had some popcorn. Maybe that was enough to mess it us.
Well, I will start back on it today.

maybe enough to mess you up ... but i hardly think it was 2 pounds worth. i think maybe you are retaining water or something. i haven't cheated at all this week but i don't feel that small either.

Yes, definitely enough to mess you up! I ate some mac and cheese once and it stalled my weightloss fora week. I put on 3 lbs!!!

Amazing that this diet is so sensitive. Well, it is what it is. If I mess up but can get back on, then that is ok
