Holding steady at 156. I'm happy to be maining the loss but now need to push forward - even if I could loose a half a pound a week I would be happy!
156.0 lb Lost so far: 3.0 lb.    Still to go: 6.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

Cathy, I actually think that 1/2 pound a week loss is ideal - It means making little changes in diet and exercise and I think those little changes are a LOT easier to hang on to for the long haul. It makes maintaining a lot easier!!! I don't think we can sustain the kinds of dietary changes that are required to lose 2-3 pounds per week which is why we just go back to the same old week. It is more satisfying to have big losses when we are dieting but finding a weight we can maintain is really the goal. Once I get to 140, I am going to work hard to stay there. See you in a couple of weeks for the Margarita ride. I can't wait! Went to SF yesterday to pick out stuff for new house. I love it. We made a good choice. Floors, cabintes and baths were in. Fun to see things progress.
