154.4 lb Lost so far: 3.6 lb.    Still to go: 19.4 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

On September 14 it will be 10 months since I started my diet and exercise program. I have been religious about my workouts and have adapted a healthy eating pattern. As of today, I have lost 20 pounds. That is (per the experts) a healthy weight loss at approximately 2 pounds per month. I have gone from a very tight/small size 14 to a size 10. I have another 19-20 pounds before I reach my goal. My hope is that it will not take another 10 months -- but, even if it does, I will not give up. It took me almost 20 years to put this weight on, so even if it takes 20 months to take it off, it will be 10% of the time it took to put it on!

Correction -- not December! It was January 20th that I started the full on program! Even better! That is 7 months and 9 days. WOW! 20 pounds in 7 months!!! Almost 3 pounds per month! WOW!
