Well, 1/2 pound is gone and I am pleased with it. At least I didn't stay the same. At this rate I It will take me 10 weeks to loose 5 pounds. Now that is negative thinking. I am not gaining and that is more positive. It is worth giving up a few of my favorite things.
169.5 lb Lost so far: 31.5 lb.    Still to go: 4.5 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

1148 kcal Fat: 74.49g | Prot: 64.93g | Carb: 62.64g.   Breakfast: Kirkland Signature Halved Pecans, Nutritious Living Hi-Lo Maple Pecan Cereal, So Delicious Coconut Milk Unsweetened, Morning Coffee 2. Lunch: Oscar Mayer Selects Angus Hot Dogs, Great Value 4% Cottage Cheese. Dinner: McDonald's Ice Cream Cone. Snacks/Other: Cowpeas, Field Peas or Blackeye Peas (Fat Added in Cooking), Great Value Sugar Free Chocolate Syrup, So Delicious Coconut Milk Unsweetened, Tom's Pork Skins. more...
