having a calorie cap seems to be helping. it has made me be really conscious of planning so that I get any surprises about my totals for the day. I've also started paying attention to macros for the first time. just watching to see what my current trends are. no immediate plans to change anything, but it's interesting to see what my current way of eating looks like in terms of sugars/fats/protein.

Meg, I think it helps. Tracking has been the only way I've lost and also the help of others here on FS. Nice steady trend on your weight graph.

FS (both the website structure and the 'community') have me paying attention to things like 'macros' for the first time as well -- an 'atta girl' on your drop!
