Well back at 190, so that is good. I tend to think my body likes this weight because I have been hovering around here for a while with little ups and down, and really I don't mind I think it is a good weight for me I just really need to start working the ABS again.

Thought for the weekend watch what you out in that Pie Hole, haha Have a great weekend everyone.

190.0 lb Lost so far: 6.6 lb.    Still to go: 5.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
