No change in weight. Maintaining is good, but loosing a few more pounds would be excellent. Exercise is 1/2 of what it should be. 2 days versus 5 days.
151.0 lb Lost so far: 22.0 lb.    Still to go: 6.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
