drank all of water 80 oz. drank tea and 1/2 tsp cinnamon. got hungrier in the early evening. woke up @ 12mn. was tired when i got up.really wanted to get on the treadmill this morning but I didnt so i am disappointed in my self but now my goal is to do 30 min sometime tonite whenever to get it in.
