Well, the scale isn't moving but I am wearing jeans that two months ago I wasn't able to button up! I'm finishing up two months of "Eating half and Saving half", a month and a half of having fat secret on my blackberry, 3 weeks of working out 30 minutes 5 times a week (weight lifting & walking) and 2 weeks of listening to my daily positive affirmations. Scale movement or not, I'd have to say all this is working! Jeans fitting don't lie!
176.0 lb Lost so far: 7.0 lb.    Still to go: 43.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

Awesome job Cowgirlheart's!! And your right, if I can wear something I want to without a major 30 minute workout to get into it I do't care what the scale says!! And WOW! You're doing great on staying with the exercising!! Were any of these challenges or just personal goals? I;m looking for a good challenge that won't burn me out by day three.....lol. But anyway keep up the great job!!
