Haven't weighed in today or the past few days! just returned from Geneva, kept my vegan diet and tried to stay away from cheese and meat which is abundant in Switzerland. Not that i had a hard time finding vegan dishes, you just have to scour the menu....did have a daily pretzel and fruits, ate at Mike Wong twice, no alcohol as was on medication for my tooth surgery. Pretty happy with myself but i did feel my tummy bulging out as if i were pregnant. Not exercising as much nowadays due to housework and having to report punctual at work. I do need to find time to exercise< keep saying this to myself. Having a heatwave right now at 33 C and 60% humidity, found 2 out of the 3 ac remotes and got them working :)
121.3 lb Lost so far: 15.0 lb.    Still to go: 0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
