Thank you... G_d bless FatSecret ... It's like having a dash board that tells you whats going on .... as in a car it tells fuel, temp oil pressure, rpm etc.. Fatsecret gives vital info you need. I'm on an anti-inflammatory diet now for a few months... my PSA was rising for the last 2-3 years ...it is now lower now than it was 2 yrs ago!!! You really are what you eat. PS I take in about 50 grams of fat and 50 grams of protein a day
