After such a great loss last week I'm okay with pretty much maintaining this week. Can't always focus on the scale... I feel good about what I ate and my activity. Sooo, he's to another great week. =)
136.2 lb Lost so far: 22.8 lb.    Still to go: 11.2 lb.    Diet followed 100%.
