All I did different this week was have a cup of non-fat yogurt every night before I went to bed. My WW leader said that the live cultures in there actually help clump fat and then wash it out... AWESOME!!!! =)
136.0 lb Lost so far: 23.0 lb.    Still to go: 11.0 lb.    Diet followed 100%.
on diet Weight Watchers   losing 2.0 lb a week

I hope you do... let me know what happens with you. I'm not a big fan of yogurt so it was a big step for me and obviously I'm thrilled!! =)
