All I did different this week was have a cup of non-fat yogurt every night before I went to bed. My WW leader said that the live cultures in there actually help clump fat and then wash it out... AWESOME!!!! =)

Lost so far: 23.0 lb.
Still to go: 11.0 lb.
Diet followed 100%.

I hope you do... let me know what happens with you. I'm not a big fan of yogurt so it was a big step for me and obviously I'm thrilled!! =)

Thank you so much!! =) The last 10 are always the hardest so I'm hoping it doesn't stop.
