Eating is undercontrol but my laziness and tiredness is totally out of control. Can't get enough energy to work out. Long work days and too much stress. Bleh.
186.0 lb Lost so far: 25.0 lb.    Still to go: 36.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
