Well, I did the detox prior to going camping, but really all it did was keep me where I was once the camping trip was over. So the 2-3 lbs I was down are now back.

So today I decided that I would do a modified detox and allow myself one serving of a carb at dinner so that I don't feel like I'm missing anything. So far so good. I felt satisfied all day and I don't feel deprived.

Next step will be to get back on the elliptical consistently!
131.0 lb Lost so far: 14.0 lb.    Still to go: 11.0 lb.    Diet followed N/A.

Thank you! Still having a tough time occasionally, plus I'm not exercising, but I'm doing better than I was. :)
