So I have fallen off the wagon big time. I had some health scares recently and need to fast for a test so for the month before I decided to eat whatever I wanted. I gained ten pounds. I weighed myself at work and was shocked to see I am almost two hundred pounds. I got so depressed and just wanted to die. I am serious. I have never felt so horrible in my whole life. So the Hubby and I had a little sit down and since he also wants to lose weight we are going to have a lifestyle change. I am starting weight watchers since it is the only diet that works for me. I just get so discouraged when I only lose 1-2 pounds a week. Even though I know that is healthy weight lose I still just want it to drop off in like a week. So my new goal is to just be a newer healthier me by next May. Wish me luck.
198.0 lb Lost so far: 0 lb.    Still to go: 53.0 lb.    Diet followed poorly.
