Had a 3 day weekend getaway with mostly restaurant dining, but the consistent strength training is helping. I have also been consistent in incorporating a 3 to 5 days of cardio each week for the past few weeks. I even made time for the Gym this past Saturday while on vacation.
229.6 lb Lost so far: 0 lb.    Still to go: 44.6 lb.    Diet followed poorly.
