205 !! Its been a goal of mine for sometime now.. I was back and forth between 208-210 for weeks now, glad to break thru, now I just need to stay here. Next goal : 5 more to get to one-derland. // this weeks goals. Log everything, more water and fiber and get my hour of work out in everyday to help control my stress at work....
205.0 lb Lost so far: 101.0 lb.    Still to go: 55.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
