yipeeee! I got on the scale this morning and a good little dip! slowly but surely my weight is heading back down which is awesome! so hopefully I will reach my goal of between 50-51 kilos!
115.5 lb Lost so far: 5.7 lb.    Still to go: 0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
