6am weigh in and see a bit of an up, this could be just that it's my first early weigh-in after some time. could be that yesterday my proteins and calories were just a bit too high. not sure.
will adjust my eating today, now I can start building my normal eating routine again. I'm doing a light egg fast but not as strict as most are. I'm always a bit skeptical of doing full fasts as those can't be maintained. so just a lighter version and going to clean my eating up a bit more.
I still want to reach my goal of maintaining between 50-51 kilos in the next few months.
