School and Smash start today. I totally fell of the wagon the last month. We were in MI for most of the month, and there is just a lot of eating and drinking going on...everyday...all the time...So now with school starting I can get into the routine again.

I am disgusted with my weight gain, and the fact that none of my clothes fit.

So here goes....
8:00 oatmeal and detox tea
11:00 1/2 power bar and diet pepsi
will keep up later...off to the club for a run (only made 3 miles, and some pushups and situps--I can defintely feel the extra weight)
2:30 salad w/ tomatoes and cucumbers and balsalmic vin.
148.0 lb Lost so far: 0 lb.    Still to go: 23.0 lb.    Diet followed N/A.
gaining 1.6 lb a week

Jump back on track. With summer coming an end it will be easier to focus. Keep a great attitude. You can do this.
