I've been pretty tired lately, but I've still been keeping up with my workouts. I had a nice hour long walk earlier this week. I feel like walking will help my legs slenderize more than doing HIIT workouts and squats. I've been taking pictures and seeing the results. Even though the scale may be lying, I can tell the pictures are not (no Photoshop here lol).

I hope to get more energized and active on here. You all have a wonderful week. Y'all really keep me motivated! =)

126.8 lb Lost so far: 53.2 lb.    Still to go: 1.8 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
losing 2.2 lb a week

Congrats on pushing through the tiredness and still doing the workouts! It's so easy to just put it off til the next day and make excuses! You have conquered that phase! Good job!

If you are tired make sure you are getting enough vitamin D and B complex. You are doing great!! Good for you working out even if you are tired.

I agree with go ya and food nut. What about water? I have to drink 12 per day to keep my energy up (at least) and aim for half my body wt. But that's just me. The scale is NOT an accurate measure of fat loss. I am just now figuring this out. What about your waist and hip measurements? If you continued to feel tired it may be something more so I would get your labs drawn/MD check up. You never know. Good luck and hope you feel better.

Thanks everyone for the support! I'm drinking enough water and getting a good carb-intake. It's just my hormones keeping me tired that's all and dealing with my toddler.
