Wtf? Ok confession time. I started using a diet pill...about 3-4 days ago. It was on sale. That must be the reason I'm dropping so fast. That and my dad always said the first ten pounds or so are the easiest.
255.0 lb Lost so far: 16.0 lb.    Still to go: 5.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
