I’ve been playing with my grand baby and not exercises as much as I need to. I’m back on track today. It’s been a life changing gift to watch our grandson grow and learn each day. I love my husband with all of my heart, but watching him pour his love into our daughter and grandson everyday has expanded my love for him beyond measure. Through this dark trial that they are going through, God has shown us His light and love and I am so grateful. 🙏🏼☀️❤️

136.9 lb Lost so far: 26.1 lb. Still to go: 6.9 lb. Diet followed reasonably well.

I feel so blessed to be able to bond like this. They had to flee from a very dangerous and dark home environment. Now, they are safe and enveloped in love everyday. It’s truly amazing to see the transformation in both of them. My husband and I are incredibly blessed and grateful to have them here. 🩷
