Happy 🐫day! I have changed what I eat and now making mostly vegan meals and snacks. I can already see a huge difference in my overall health and well being!!! The most notable healthy physical signs is my skin, hair, nails, and GI track. The most notable mental health changes are brain clarity, no brain fog, no depression, huge boost in my energy level, and reduced anxiety.
I eat raw fruits and raw vegetables everyday. I have one cup of coffee with a dash of oat milk and a dash of honey and cinnamon about 4 times a week. I add hemp heart, chia seeds, and flax seeds to my yogurt, oats, meals and smoothies. I use almond butter, almond flour, cocoa powder, raw almonds, walnuts, and cashews, and use almond flour and chickpea noodles. I really love edamame, chickpeas, and avocado. I make vegan sauces and simple homemade dressings.
We are all safe and the court rulings have been favorable on my daughter’s side. She is slowly healing and our grandson is full of love and light! Today is a good day. yy

Gained weight and I’m actually surprised. I’ve been eating super healthy and exercising. I see muscles again, so that could be why. I am still under enormous pressure, but my daughter and grandson are safe. Her ex filed for bankruptcy and is still trying to control and harass her. They have another court date in May. I thank God she was able to get a little support money for her son. It’s going to be a long battle with this abusive malignant narcissist.
Those who pray will you please pray that my daughter and her baby will be safe from any further violence from her ex. Please pray that my husband and I will get some rest this weekend. We are absolutely exhausted. Baby and mom are doing well and sleeping great. Praise God for that. Have a good weekend everyone. 🙏🏼🩷☀️

I’m eating like Unity and I am obsessed with her chick pea noodle and veggie recipe that she shared w us. I’m so thrilled with the results today. Thank you Unity. I see the light at the end of this tunnel. Happy 🐪 day everyone!
