judibird's Journal, 26 October 2009

Good Morning. I had a great weekend. I learned how to make miniature electrical lamps. It was a blast. Spent the weekend in CDA again. I certainly did not eat as well as I should have as you can see by the weight gain. I left late and forgot to bring my protein bars and snack food was everywhere. I know I did not drink nearly the water I should have and will have to get right back on the wagon again.

The good news is that I am not nearly as concerned about the weight increase as I have been in the past. It is amazing how quickly the weight goes back on although I think it is the sodium in the food and not drinking nearly enough water that also affects the gain.

I cannot put it all on that though and must take responsibilty for lack of control. It will be alright. My daughter and her husband are going to Mexico this week and the dogs and I will be on our own. I am hoping that they will have a great time and come back rested. I will be working on projects for my Miniature Club. Well you all have a good day and I will talk with you later.

Nice handling of a temporary gain!! That is definitely progress!! It will come back off quickly, of that I am certain. Glad you had such a good time this weekend.
