178, 178, 178, 178... it's like a broken record... lol

I guess I'll just keep at it.

I don't think bumping my calorie intake is going to do the trick, I felt like I ate WAYYY too much yesterday. I think 1500 calories is a good daily intake for me.

I might just have to start making some substitutions in my diet. Start adding in salads again, and start buying more fresh fruit.
177.8 lb Lost so far: 19.2 lb.    Still to go: 7.8 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
