Messed up on the military diet yesterday because of a picnic at work, but still did to fairly well. Have a much better workout schedule which makes it easier to stick to with work and family.
137.6 lb Lost so far: 1.4 lb.    Still to go: 7.6 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
