Time for Weekly update.
Last week 129.5
This week 128.3

Making progress.
.
But no update to come next week as we are planning a road trip tomorrow. Thought about it hard but finally decided not to bring the scale. I will bring my yoga mat instead. Will watch my diet but probably not try to be in ketosis. There will be grand dogs to walk and grand sons to carry around.

pulled a muscle in my side probably doing Russian Twists..Kept me from exercising hard the last few days but still walking and doing some stretches and joint rotating.
.
Had salads with pea shoots ... also soak some alpha alpha to get sprouts. I like these foods.

128.0 lb Lost so far: 57.8 lb.    Still to go: 6.7 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

Sprouts are so much fun to grow. Makes me think I should start some wheat berries sprouting. It's been a long time since I've done that

They are very easy to grow. I keep cutting them down and they come back up

13 hours! I hope you take 2 days! It's about the same drive when I visit my niece in Washington.. After the first time, I split the drive into 2 days. Even them, my legs were stiff and sore

We usually do it in one day. Some breaks along the way.... I think without breaks you could do the drive in about 11 hours

take aspirin! you do not want to risk getting a blood clot sitting like me . have fun. you don't need the scale. you have have done so well and know how much you can cheat . enjoy

Sprouts 🌱 or micro greens are packed full of nutrients! I need to grow some. Prob this summer when the school calms down a bit.
